Salon Freyja is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 8pm, and on weekends from 10am to 6pm, accommodating all your hair care needs throughout the week.

Salon Freyja partners with Davines, a B-Corp and sustainability-focused Italian haircare brand. We carefully select all other brands we collaborate with for their commitment to eco-friendliness. This includes respected names such as Koh-I-Noor, Ibiza Brushes, Stephen J, and Junes Bags.
As a scope 2 carbon-neutral hair salon, Salon Freyja actively offsets all our energy usage in our space. We are currently calculating our scope 3 emissions, aiming to become fully carbon neutral by offsetting 100% of our emissions. Additionally, we partner with Green Circle Salons to recover and repurpose 95% of our salon waste, significantly minimizing our environmental impact.
Salon Freyja purchases carbon credits in partnership with Green Circle Salons and Offset Alliance. Our current initiative is the Kornburi wastewater treatment project in Thailand, which addresses air pollution from one of the region's largest cassava starch production facilities. This project captures biogas released during cassava processing and converts it into renewable energy, reducing more than 39,000 metric tonnes of CO2e annually and creating local jobs.
When booking a color or perm for the first time at Freyja we ask that you book a consultation with one of our artists so that we can assess your hair goals, hair health and overall budget to make sure that we fully understand your wants and needs so that the appropriate time can be allocated to your hair transformation.
Sometimes, a little R&R is all you need during a salon visit. At Salon Freyja, we offer the option of a silent appointment, allowing you to relax without conversation. You can choose this option when booking online or inform our Shop Associates when scheduling over the phone.
1. For appointments of 1h30 or less:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online or by phone at least 2 (two) business days before your scheduled appointment without charge.
Example: If your appointment is on Thursday, you must cancel or reschedule by the end of the day on Monday to avoid any fees.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 2 (two) business days before your appointment will be subject to the following fees:
- 2 business days before the appointment: 25% of the service cost
- 1 business day before the appointment: 50% of the service cost
- Same-day cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments: 100% of the service cost
2. For appointments longer than 1h30:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online or by phone at least 3 (three) business days before your scheduled appointment without charge. Business days include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) since we are open seven (7) days a week.
Example: If your appointment is on Thursday, you must cancel or reschedule by the end of the day on Sunday to avoid any fees.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 3 (three) business days before your appointment will be subject to the following fees:
- 3 business days before the appointment: 25% of the service cost
- 2 business days before the appointment: 50% of the service cost
- 1 business day OR same-day cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments: 100% of the service cost
If you arrive 10 minutes late or more to your appointment you might be refused and charged your service in full.
At Salon Freyja, every appointment is time reserved especially for you. When a booking is cancelled or changed on short notice, that time is often difficult to fill, resulting in lost income for our team and less availability for others hoping to book a visit.
As a small business, we depend on thoughtful scheduling to sustain fair wages for our stylists and to continue offering personalized, attentive service.
Our cancellation policy helps protect that balance allowing us to care for our clients, our team, and our community with the same consideration and respect.

If something doesn’t feel quite right after your service, we want to hear about it. Our first approach is always conversation. If you would like to revisit your haircut or colour, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
You can call or email the salon, and we will take the time to understand your experience. We believe open dialogue is the foundation of trust. Sharing your feedback allows us to better understand your expectations and ensure we are aligned.
All re-do appointments are completed with the same stylist who performed your original service. This is important to us because:
- It creates continuity and clarity.
- It allows your stylist to fully understand the original consultation and decision-making process.
- It supports growth, accountability, and continuous learning within our team.
Our intention is never to “pass” a concern along but to address it thoughtfully and professionally.
A few gentle boundaries:
- Re-do appointments are meant to adjust or refine the original service based on the initial consultation. A change of direction (for example, choosing a completely different cut or colour than originally discussed) will be treated as a new service.
- We kindly ask that you reach out within 7 days. Requests made beyond this window may incur a fee.

Yes, it is possible. U.S. orders may be charged duties, taxes, or brokerage fees at delivery. These fees are set by customs and the carrier and are not included at checkout.
